Carbon Noir Carbon is a moody, cinematic electronic album inspired by the smoky atmospheres of trip-hop, the stark tension of post-punk, and the mechanical pulse of industrial music. It’s brooding, hypnotic, textured and occasionally beautiful; music built for empty streets, flickering neon and a slow-burning sensuality that feels equal parts intimate and dangerous.
JVY+Y3 (aka Jay Tye), is an experimental artist currently based in Austin, Texas.10% of proceeds from this album will support the Gift of Music Foundation, providing instruments and music programming to at-risk youth.
